Kiwanis meeting of October 30th, 2019
Michelle McMullen was our guest today and will be inducted at our next meeting

Nancy Wain gave a report on Stacy’s Sparkles Party and thanked those who attended or provided gifts
The MHS Jazz Band will be performing at the Mall on Saturday
Dick Sager celebrated a Club Anniversary this week
The bowling team took 1 point. They are looking for moral support next Tuesday when they bowl Bob Knabusch and the Sieb Plumbing team

11/5/19-Kiwanis Lottery ticket stuffing at Jerry Spence’s house at 5:30.Tickets will be passed out at the 11/6/19 meeting

Barbara Krueger, Community Outreach person for the Monroe County Library System, was our guest speaker today.
There are 16 branches in Monroe County, providing over 700 hours of service to the Community.
Some of those services include On-Line Availability, Outreach to Seniors and a Bookmobile that has been on the road.To date it has served over 4,000.
There are over 575,000 items in the collection at the libraries.
Other services they provide include: Meeting Rooms, Notary Services and 3-D Printers
Over 115,000 people have attended programs at the Libraries this year.
