Kiwanis meeting of January 4th
Today was the 1st meeting in our new location. We will be at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church from now on. The meetings will remain every Wednesday at noon. The agenda for today included the following items :
The bowling team took 2 points this week
Ron Brant and Troy Goodnough celebrated Birthdays
Jack Ready (1978) and Jerry Spence (1989) celebrated Anniversaries in the club
The Club is hosting a Fundraiser at the Art Insight Emporium on Wednesday Feb. 1st from 6-8pm.It will be a Valentine Cookie Class for the 1st 24 people that sign up.If interested contact Troy Goodnough or David Thompson
Karen Lemerand gave a report on the Kiwanis Lottery that started on 1/2/17
The Community Service Committee will be hosting a Blood Drive on 2/28/17.More details to follow
The Annual Special Olympics Bowling event will be om March 1st this year
Our next Board meeting is on January 10th at noon at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church
Sara is working on the club’s involvement in Community Meals this year
